My Daily Routine during 3 Weeks of Social Distancing


Hi guys!

I hope you're safe & healthy in this uncertain condition.

It's been 3 weeks since Victoria's governments lockdown the cities, and we are in the stage 3 now. Here's the official announcement from the government.

Afraid, panic, stressful, confused. I felt those pressures most of the time :( If you ask me why, maybe because I do the same thing everyday....

So here's my daily routine from

Monday to Saturday.

07.30 : my alarm rings, but I reject it and sleep again hahaha

08.00 : still. reject my alarm, but I know I have to wake up. So, I daydream and let my mind empty.

08.30 : totally wake up, open my room curtains, turn off the bed lamp, turn on my phone and see updates (social media and campus email)

09.00 : open my laptop, working on my weekly assignments and projects.

10.00 : take a dump and shower

10.30 : breakfast (or brunch? hahaha) while I'm checking my campus email again. You know, it's like FOMO - fear of missing out. Please somebody tell me how to cope with it :(

12.00 : I take a little break and open my social media or watch YouTube videos. Every Tuesday, I have online class via zoom.

13.00 : I go to the kitchen and cook. That's the most relaxing time. I love to cook and do experiment on my meal. Check out my Instagram highlight hihihi

14.00 : enjoy my lunch and watch Netflix. I'm currently watching "Hi Bye, Mama!" and "100 human". If you like korean drama or social experiments, you should watch those series.

14.30 : finish my lunch and continue my work.

15.00 : attend online class via zoom every Thursday.

16.30 : attend online class via zoom every Wednesday

19.30 : take a break and snacking. I don't usually have dinner because I cannot sleep when my tummy is so full hahaha weird.

20.00 : stop doing my works and take shower. Yes, I know, I take shower twice a day. It's kinda habit; I did the same as in Jakarta.

20.30 : If I have urgent deadline, I continue my work 'till I feel "queasy" hahaha

00.00 : At this time, I usually give up on my works. So, I shut down my laptop and lay on the bed. I checked my social media, see funny videos, and etc.

01.00 : The end of my day. SLEEP!

It's so boring, isn't it?

Anw, I'm really excited when it comes to Sunday, because it's my relaxing day (though I often do my assignments for some hours). Sunday is refreshing day because I can go outside to shop weekky groceries, cook, and have some excersise by doing household chores.

I live in a shared house, and we have roster calendar. Every week, we do one household chores in the kitchen, bathroom or hallway. I also clean my bedroom every week.

I feel upset when Sunday is almost over; it means that I have to face the "reality" soon. Like this time, I am writing my journal now, while I feel mixed pressure. Hmm, I don't even know how to express my feeling in words.

However, I'm still grateful because I have many friends who support me anytime. I usually have conversation via video call or chatting to share stories or updates. They make me calm. Thank you, my friends!
